Generally, I will answer questions as soon as I see them or as soon as I can. If it's a short question - even if I’m at an event or it's the weekend - I will jump in and answer.
Sometimes you ask long, complicated, multi-part questions. Often these will go unanswered for a bit. Here's why:
- If it’s a day that I am recharging or spending time with family
- If I am running an event or speaking at someone else's event
- If I am on my phone and it's too much to type
- If your question requires more thought
I will do my best to make sure all questions are answered within 24 hours
All that said, I want to make sure you get what you need out of the course. When you have a question, don't hesitate to ask! The sooner you ask, the better. Here are a of couple other options:
- You can come to the Wednesday call and ask there (granted we have enough time during the Q and A session).
- You can let me know prior and we can discuss on the live call.
